FSG House
Residential VillaOur latest endeavor, FSG House, represents a residential sanctuary in the serene Barsha South community of Dubai, showcasing a volumetric design inspired by traditional Emirati values of privacy and functionality.
The design unfolds through a gradual progression, leading residents from formal spaces at the plot's periphery to a monolithic structure that envelops a collection of airy and private double-height areas. The journey commences in the entry foyer, where a floating volume, shielded by slender metal profiles, introduces these private spaces. These profiles serve as privacy screens and structural supports for a staircase that gracefully wraps around the volume, suspended entirely from the soffit. This grand architectural element is the heart of the residence, housing the central living room.
FSG House is the result of juxtaposition of simple elements in a way that manifests both uniqueness and simplicity.
